Paballo Motsifane of Pabi's Nails in Polokwane.
Paballo is a bubbly perfectionist. She started her business while she was pregnant and unable to leave the house to go to a nail bar. Now a thriving business owner from Polokwane, she notes that being a businesswoman has given her some insight into the world of entrepreneurship.

It’s very challenging to start a business and to actually succeed. Every business owner should learn how to plan. Failing to plan is planning to fail.

She started her business in January of 2019, and has grown to have a considerable influx of customers. She owes her growth of clientele to how gentle, detail-orientated, and perfectionistic she is with all her appointments. The business has been booming and she hopes to achieve more over time.

Small businesses challenge your inner abilities. You often find that when you’re working for a different company or another person, you don’t get to strive as much as you would compared to when it is your own business. You are able to unveil all the characteristics that you never knew you had, that can bring positive change.
